Garmin Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar Edition 47mm Carbon Grey DLC Titanium Case with Black Band is a multisport GPS Smart Watch that doubles as a full-range fitness coach. This gadget features a round-shaped dial that models a full-colour 1.3-inch solar charged display with 260 x 260 pixels resolution, LED back-light and sunlight-visible colour panel. Its strap is made of premium-quality silicone. The watch can withstand shocks and water up to 10 ATM pressure making this device ideal for swimmers.
The watch comes with a function known as Training Status which provides you with an evaluation of your training by monitoring your workout regimens. This helps you understand whether you are training productively or are underperforming/overperforming. With this evaluation, you can then adjust the pace and style of your training. The gadget can also help improve your technique for exercises and activities by recording metrics such as cadence, stride length, ground contact time and balance, vertical oscillation and vertical ratio. The built-in heart rate monitor and sleep monitor are available for health monitoring.
The watch supports a number of sports activities such as running, cycling, skiing, climbing and swimming to name a few. You can select or switch from these built-in activity modes to make the most out of your Garmin activity tracker.
